Boy do I love Halloween candy. Dentists, however, have fought the candy frenzy known as Halloween forever. Can you blame them? With 40% of kids coming into the dentist with a cavity before kindergarten, you can't blame dentists for balking.
Here is an interesting article about a dentist office that pays kids for their candy. Not a bad idea. This year, my kids got a little short changed, between a lot of lights out in our community and Mommy dipping her fingers in for those fun size candy bars, we are not so heavy on excess.
